A new law, though, has begun changing the judicial process for those suspected of being illegal immigrants. When suspects are fingerprinted and processed in jail, their information is often cross-referenced with immigration records.
Thank god someone is doing it. Here in California, Mexicans account for 50% of all drunk driving arrests, and they bash and crash uninsured, unregistered jalopies all over the roads. Then they sue you after they hit you. I have 2 lawsuits against me right now by illegals. Gotta love living in Mexifornia.
